Global Energi Lestari is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Plant Transportir to join our dynamic mining operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our coal transportation plant operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that production targets are met through optimized logistics and maintenance coordination.
You will lead a team on-site, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols (K3) and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the coal transportation plant to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime of transport equipment and conveyor systems.
- Monitor and manage fuel consumption, spare parts usage, and operational expenditures.
- Ensure all team members strictly adhere to company safety and environmental regulations (K3LH).
- Prepare detailed operational reports for management regarding production output and transport efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or bottlenecks in the transport process.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of plant operators and support staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the coal mining transport sector.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations and coal transport logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a field environment.
- Willing to be assigned and relocated to various project sites including Riau, South Sumatra, or Central Kalimantan.
- Valid certification in K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) is highly desirable.
