Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee production planning and inventory control operations to ensure optimal manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and implement material requirement planning (MRP) systems for furniture manufacturing processes
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to align production schedules with demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize costs while maintaining adequate stock
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Create and maintain accurate production schedules using advanced Excel functions and tools
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
- Prepare regular reports on production metrics, inventory turnover, and department performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control in manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience in creating complex planning models
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems and production planning methodologies
- Experience in the furniture manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
