Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
- Optimize inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure operational continuity
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-effective sourcing strategies aligned with production demands
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and delivery reliability
- Monitor procurement KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations
- Manage procurement budget and financial reporting for cost transparency
- Mentor and develop procurement team members to enhance capabilities and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis
- Strong knowledge of procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with manufacturing supply chain processes and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) or supply chain management preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with attention to detail and deadlines
