Kumala Kirana Industry, a prominent player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor Procurement to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a critical role in optimizing our purchasing processes, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the manufacturing procurement cycle, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor evaluation to the final delivery of goods, ensuring that all operations align with company standards and deadlines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Source, screen, and evaluate potential suppliers to build a robust and reliable supply chain network.
- Lead strategic price negotiations with vendors to secure the best value without compromising quality.
- Manage the issuance and tracking of Purchase Orders (PO) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate procurement needs and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any discrepancies regarding quality, quantity, or delivery schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and local vendor landscapes.
