Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire end-to-end procurement lifecycle for industrial spare parts.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to minimize costs while maintaining high quality.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of vendors and negotiate favorable contract terms.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure critical spare parts are available, preventing operational downtime.
- Collaborate with technical and maintenance teams to forecast demand accurately.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for senior management regarding expenditure and lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spare parts procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, import/export regulations, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively under pressure.
