SHARP is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Karawang. In this role, you will be a key leader on the factory floor, responsible for overseeing daily production activities, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring that our world-class quality standards are met consistently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production line operators to ensure shift targets are met on time.
- Monitor daily production output and implement improvements to minimize downtime and waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
- Coordinate with maintenance and supply chain departments to ensure seamless material flow and equipment uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate production reports and analyze performance metrics for management review.
- Enforce company health and safety regulations to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong understanding of production planning, capacity utilization, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (ERP).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage conflict in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
