We are currently seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Production to join our dynamic facility in Lampung Selatan.
As our Production Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our floor operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and aligned with the highest quality standards. You will lead a dedicated team, optimize workflows, and contribute to our mission of promoting the versatility and sustainability of coconut-based products. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure targets are met within scheduled timelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate production staff to foster a culture of high performance and safety.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and initiate continuous improvement projects to increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are functioning at peak performance.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory tracking, and generate daily performance reports for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing plant environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lampung Selatan, Lampung.
