Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure output targets and delivery schedules are met.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain compliance with international manufacturing standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to optimize team performance and ensure workplace safety.
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement effective operational improvements.
- Manage machine uptime and maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including engineering, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on production yield, material usage, and resource efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced with ERP/MRP production management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining safety and quality focus.
