Are you an experienced production leader with a technical background in Polyurethane (PU) injection processes? PT Jones and Vining Indonesia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor for PU Pouring Injection to join our manufacturing team in Cikupa.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the PU injection line. You will lead a team of operators, optimize production workflows, and ensure that every product meets our stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
As our Supervisor, you will not only manage output targets but also mentor your team, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency on the shop floor.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily production activities of the PU Pouring Injection department to ensure daily output targets are met.
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards, ensuring all manufactured parts meet specifications and minimizing waste.
- Implement and supervise strict adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and provide on-the-job training to operators.
- Analyze production downtime and identify technical bottlenecks to improve overall machine efficiency (OEE).
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive machine maintenance and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical) or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with PU Pouring or Injection processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse production team.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control systems, and industrial safety standards (K3).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic data reporting tools.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement (Kaizen).
