We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Supervisor - Puffa to join our production facility in Surabaya. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our floor operations, ensuring that the Puffa production line runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
As a Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between management goals and daily execution. You will lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to manufacturing protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Puffa production line to ensure targets are met on time.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure raw materials and logistics are aligned with production schedules.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety, health, and environment (SHE) protocols on the production floor.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all outputs meet company standards and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare accurate daily production reports and performance logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of production workflows, resource allocation, and logistics management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high energy levels.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
