Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure materials and services are procured efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of purchasing staff, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to recommend purchasing strategies that maximize cost savings and inventory optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies, internal controls, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with production and logistics departments to forecast material requirements and prevent stock shortages.
- Prepare and review regular purchasing reports, including budget variances and supplier performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in leading a purchasing team or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
