Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for construction materials, office supplies, and operational needs.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining high-quality procurement standards.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive advantage.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials for property development.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the purchasing staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical stock items.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, budgets, and variance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and ethical procurement standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the property or construction industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalent).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract law.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage small to medium-sized teams.
