As our Purchasing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of vendor quality across our diverse project portfolio. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for construction materials, office supplies, and operational needs.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining high-quality procurement standards.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials for property development.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the purchasing staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical stock items.
  • Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, budgets, and variance analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and ethical procurement standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the property or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalent).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract law.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage small to medium-sized teams.
