We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor Purchasing to join our growing team in Jombang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring that all non-raw materials and General Affair (GA) requirements are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.

As the Supervisor Purchasing, you will lead the procurement process, manage vendor relationships, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to support our company's daily operations. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses strong negotiation skills to drive value for our organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for non-raw materials and General Affair (GA) requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify and prioritize procurement needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels for office supplies, facility needs, and non-production equipment.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to optimize company spending.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review.
  • Resolve any issues related to delivery discrepancies or quality defects of purchased items.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and vendor negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in or willing to be relocated to Jombang, Jawa Timur.
