Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end procurement process for all required goods and services.
- Source, vet, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining supply chain continuity.
- Supervise the purchasing team, providing guidance and ensuring timely processing of purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments to ensure stock availability.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, payment conditions, and lead times with vendors.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, budget analysis, and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all procurement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of market trends, vendor evaluation methods, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
