Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily activities of the purchasing team to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition processing to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms, pricing, and service level agreements to optimize costs.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to implement proactive procurement strategies.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, budget requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement data and generate regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to streamline procurement workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on cost-reduction.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership abilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
