Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition and sourcing to purchase order creation and delivery tracking.
- Oversee daily inventory control operations to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and reliable delivery.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and negotiate contracts without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and generate detailed reports for upper management to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan material requirements efficiently.
- Ensure all purchasing and inventory activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Purchasing Supervisor, Inventory Manager, or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills with a track record of cost reduction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create, read, and interpret complex inventory and purchasing reports.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in guiding, mentoring, and evaluating a team.
