We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor QC to join our dynamic production team in Sidoarjo. As a Supervisor QC, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our rigorous quality standards, ensuring that our plastic packaging productsâincluding PP cups, screw caps, and PET preformsâmeet both internal benchmarks and client expectations.

You will oversee the Quality Control team, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Quality Control team to ensure all production outputs meet company standards.
- Monitor the production process for PP cups, screw caps, and PET preforms to identify and resolve quality deviations.
- Execute systematic product testing, including dimensional checks, physical property analysis, and visual inspections.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to address root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all QC documentation, including shift reports and inspection logs, are accurately maintained.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff regarding new quality protocols and equipment safety.
- Manage laboratory equipment calibration and ensure the workplace adheres to 5S and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Quality Control supervisory role within the plastic packaging industry.
- Deep understanding of plastic manufacturing processes, specifically injection molding or thermoforming for PP/PET.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and use quality inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gauges).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot production quality issues effectively.
- Proficiency in computer-based reporting and data management (Microsoft Office/Excel).
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
