Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and inspection protocols
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Train QA personnel on testing methodologies, equipment operation, and documentation
- Monitor and report key quality metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and IATF 16949 standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of QA experience in automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and statistical process control
- Experience leading teams and implementing continuous improvement processes
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Management preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality control software and testing equipment
