Are you a detail-oriented Quality professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing packaging manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor for QA/QC to lead our quality initiatives and oversee our in-process quality control systems. This is not a role for someone looking for a routine 9-to-5; we need a proactive leader who thrives on process improvement, root cause analysis, and driving excellence across the production floor.
In this role, you will be the bridge between production efficiency and product perfection. You will manage a dedicated team, implement rigorous quality standards, and ensure our packaging solutions exceed client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the QA/QC team to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement robust in-process quality control (IPQC) systems to minimize waste and defects.
- Perform regular audits and inspections of packaging materials and finished goods.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the Production Department to optimize workflows without compromising quality.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety regulations and food-grade packaging standards (if applicable).
- Report directly to Management on key quality metrics and improvement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, specifically within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, or GMP standards.
- Proficiency in QC tools (e.g., FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Charts).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing production-floor teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
