JAVA.Co Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor Quality Control to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Cikande, Banten. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of product quality, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and driving continuous improvement across our production lines.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of quality inspectors, fostering a culture of excellence and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the quality control team to ensure all inspection protocols are followed daily.
- Implement and monitor quality management systems to meet international manufacturing standards.
- Perform regular audits of production lines to identify non-conformities and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with production and logistics departments to troubleshoot quality-related issues and optimize workflow.
- Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Ensure that all safety and hygiene regulations are strictly maintained within the quality department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of QC tools, ISO standards, and lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma or 5S).
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and technical documentation software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
