Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality control activities in the frozen food processing plant
- Implement and maintain quality control standards, procedures, and inspection protocols
- Train and mentor quality control staff on proper testing methods and documentation procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and company standards
- Prepare and maintain quality control reports, records, and documentation
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and quality control systems
- Experience with quality testing methods, equipment, and documentation procedures
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with ISO 22000 and other food safety management systems is a plus
