Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for high-end fashion? PT Vivi Zubedi Globalindo is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Quality Control to lead our production standards and ensure every piece meets our brand's excellence. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper for our collections, overseeing the entire production lifecycle from raw materials to the finished garment.
As our QC Supervisor, you will implement rigorous quality assurance protocols, mentor our inspection team, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of fabric, stitching, and garment construction to uphold the prestige of the VIVIZUBEDI brand in the competitive fashion market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Control (QC) strategies for fashion apparel production.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process garments, and finished products to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Manage and train the QC team to maintain high standards and consistency across production batches.
- Identify, document, and analyze production defects to provide actionable feedback to manufacturing partners.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure quality checks do not compromise delivery schedules.
- Maintain detailed quality reports and logs for management review.
- Collaborate closely with production and design teams to refine garment patterns and construction methods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control, specifically within the fashion or garment manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and technical specifications (tech packs).
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and QC reporting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of professional ethics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic work environment.
