Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for raw materials, ensuring continuous availability for production requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost-reduction targets without compromising quality standards.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, performing regular performance evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Monitor global and local commodity market trends to forecast price fluctuations and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory management and just-in-time delivery.
- Analyze procurement data and generate performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a heavy manufacturing or steel industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of raw material sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
