Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the R&D team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product development, testing, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Quality Control, to transition prototypes into full-scale production.
- Manage laboratory resources, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure a compliant working environment.
- Analyze experimental data to derive actionable insights that enhance product performance and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior researchers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for management review and project compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D or technical leadership, preferably within the pulp, paper, or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in experimental design (DOE), data analysis software, and quality management systems (ISO standards).
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with a proven track record of meeting strict KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical manufacturing challenges.
- Knowledge of sustainable material science or circular economy principles is a significant advantage.
