Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and high service levels.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and quality standards.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes to align procurement activities with production requirements.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track supply chain performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, international standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain cycle.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and operations, to streamline order fulfillment workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of inventory management, procurement best practices, and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven track record in process optimization and supply chain cost reduction.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
