Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage supply planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to coordinate supply chain activities
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production requirements
- Prepare and present supply chain reports to senior management
- Implement and maintain supply chain planning systems and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
