WIK Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Batam Kota. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that the flow of materials from incoming receipt to final production delivery is seamless, efficient, and compliant with all safety and quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, and issuance to production lines.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule warehouse personnel to ensure optimal productivity and team morale.
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage methods to improve workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure material availability.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and logistics metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of safety standards (K3) and inventory control best practices.
- Willingness to work in Batam Kota and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
