Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive supplier quality management systems and procedures
- Conduct regular supplier audits and performance evaluations
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with procurement teams on supplier selection and qualification
- Monitor supplier compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supplier quality processes
- Prepare quality reports and metrics for management review
- Train suppliers on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in supplier quality management or quality engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
