Precision Installations is seeking an organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the end‑to‑end flow of materials, equipment, and supplier services for our project‑based operations. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between internal engineering, procurement, and logistics teams, ensuring that all components arrive on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with project milestones.
You will be responsible for tracking purchase orders, managing supplier performance, and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and cost reduction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing and logistics environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and is comfortable using ERP and inventory management tools to maintain real‑time visibility of stock levels and delivery timelines.
Working from our Batam facility, you will have the opportunity to contribute to large‑scale installation projects while developing your expertise in supply chain best practices in Indonesia’s growing industrial sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end‑to‑end flow of materials, equipment, and supplier services for project needs.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure on‑time project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) to align supply chain activities.
- Monitor supplier performance, negotiate terms, and resolve any disruptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and tracking systems.
- Identify process improvements and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics management.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
