Are you a strategic leader with a passion for logistics and operational excellence? Chikuro is currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Head to join our dynamic team in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring that every link—from procurement and inventory management to warehouse distribution and final delivery—operates with peak efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
As our Supply Chain Head, you will not only manage daily operations but also drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and integrate technology for better demand forecasting. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can navigate the complexities of manufacturing and logistics while fostering strong relationships with vendors and internal departments to support our business growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation management.
- Implement robust inventory control systems to ensure high accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster a culture of performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and delivery lead times.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to leadership regarding operational performance and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and sales forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Head of Logistics, or a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of inventory management software (ERP) and supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire a diverse workforce.
- Familiarity with local distribution networks and regulations in the Indonesian market.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
