Chikuro is seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Head to lead our operations in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain lifecycle, ensuring that inventory management, product distribution, and shipping processes operate with maximum efficiency and accuracy. You will play a key role in optimizing logistics workflows and driving cost reductions while maintaining high service levels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee daily warehousing, inventory control, and distribution processes to ensure stock accuracy.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless product flow.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and third-party vendors to optimize service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to enhance their skills and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the Supply Chain or Manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing stock, distribution, and logistics operations effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process efficiency and cost reduction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Residence in Bandung, Jawa Barat, is preferred.
