As a Supply Chain Intern at naPocut, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized and our production schedules align with market demand. You will work closely with the planning team to analyze sales trends, monitor stock movements, and assist in the end-to-end supply chain process. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Supply and Demand Planner in forecasting future product requirements based on historical sales data and market trends.
- Monitor inventory levels across various channels to identify potential stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and inventory accuracy.
- Support the coordination with production and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform data entry and maintain the integrity of supply chain records within the company's internal systems.
- Participate in periodic warehouse audits and physical stock counts to ensure data reconciliation.
- Identify and suggest improvements for existing supply chain processes to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work full-time during the internship period in Jakarta Barat.
