In this critical role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end supply chain processes while optimizing inventory systems to ensure seamless production and distribution. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to maintain product availability, reduce carrying costs, and enhance supply chain visibility across our natural products portfolio.
You'll collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to implement data-driven inventory strategies, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Develop and implement inventory control systems, including cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and improve inventory turnover ratios
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory carrying costs
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with inventory accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data trends
- Certification in supply chain management (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience in FMCG or natural products manufacturing advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
