Gembira Houseware is a rapidly growing player in the home goods industry, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Supply Chain & Logistic Manager to join our team in Kota Gorontalo. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our inventory management is seamless and that our distribution networks function at peak efficiency.
As our Supply Chain & Logistic Manager, you will oversee the entire flow of goods, from warehouse procurement to final delivery at our retail branches. We are looking for a visionary leader who can optimize operational workflows, reduce overhead costs, and implement robust inventory control systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve distribution efficiency and inventory turnover.
- Manage warehouse operations, including stock receiving, storage, and dispatching processes.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure optimal stock levels across all store locations, preventing stockouts and overstock scenarios.
- Optimize transport and logistics routes to reduce delivery lead times and operational costs.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory auditing procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse and logistics team to meet operational KPIs.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate across multiple geographic locations.
- Deep understanding of distribution best practices and warehouse safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Kota Gorontalo.
