Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Management professional where you'll orchestrate the entire customer order lifecycle with precision and efficiency. This pivotal role ensures seamless operations from initial order receipt through to timely delivery, maintaining optimal inventory levels while minimizing costs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and logistics teams to synchronize supply chain activities, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The position demands strategic planning to forecast demand, negotiate with vendors, and manage supplier relationships to guarantee material availability. Your analytical skills will drive data-driven decisions to enhance process efficiency, reduce lead times, and elevate customer satisfaction through reliable order fulfillment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing from customer request to final delivery
- Optimize inventory control systems to balance stock levels with demand
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, warehouse) for operational alignment
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for material sourcing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Prepare supply chain reports and performance dashboards
- Lead continuous improvement projects in logistics processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Knowledge of inventory management principles (JIT, FIFO, etc.)
- Certification in supply chain (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
