We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Supply Chain Management Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. Based in Jakarta Selatan, this pivotal leadership role is designed for a dynamic professional who can seamlessly coordinate planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes. As our SCM Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams, including manufacturing, sales, and finance, to align supply chain strategies directly with overarching business objectives. You will be responsible for leading vendor negotiations, implementing robust inventory control systems, and proactively mitigating supply chain risks in a fast-paced market. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize overall operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage the procurement life cycle, including vendor pre-qualification, contract negotiation, and strategic supplier relationship management.
- Establish and maintain robust inventory control policies to balance demand forecasts with warehouse capacity, minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
- Supervise logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery of products.
- Analyze supply chain metrics, KPIs, and reports to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and production teams to align demand planning with manufacturing schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with all local and international maritime, transport, and trade regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution logistics.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing supply chain workflows and reducing operational expenditures.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage global and local stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities under tight deadlines.
