Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize the overall supply chain strategy for the Food & Beverages division, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control, to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs (such as fill rate, lead time, and cost per unit) to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and local logistics laws.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage or FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in managing logistics teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
