Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize poultry breeding operations.
- Analyze farm performance data to forecast demand and ensure the timely availability of breeding stock and feed.
- Collaborate with production and farm management teams to streamline inventory movement and reduce logistics costs.
- Implement robust inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to guarantee the quality and cost-effectiveness of raw materials.
- Manage operational risks by developing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
- Provide detailed reports and data-driven recommendations to senior management to improve overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the poultry or livestock industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, or Supply Chain Management software).
- Strong understanding of breeding farm operations and agricultural logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
