Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across all distribution channels.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the development and execution of demand planning strategies based on market trends and sales forecasts.
- Manage relationships with logistics vendors to ensure service level agreements are met and costs are optimized.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and data analytics regarding stock movement and logistics KPIs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all supply chain transactions and shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 0-2 years of experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across various internal departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficient in English for professional business communication.
