Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to final delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing holding costs and waste.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand accurately and adjust supply plans accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
