Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, production planning, and distribution.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure production continuity while minimizing carrying costs.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee warehousing operations to ensure accurate inventory tracking, safety compliance, and efficient material handling.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using lean methodologies.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster a culture of productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Prepare regular performance reports, including KPIs, cost analysis, and demand forecasting for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, procurement strategies, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
