PT Pradha Karya Perkasa is seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations in Mojokerto. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize end-to-end operational flow.
- Manage inventory levels and material procurement to ensure zero production downtime.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to forecast demand and align material supply.
- Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and storage efficiency.
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and quality compliance.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
- Deep understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements in logistics.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
