Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize production timelines and minimize operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods to ensure consistent production availability.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and sales departments to align supply chain activities with business demand.
- Monitor logistics and distribution performance to ensure timely delivery of products to clients and retail partners.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably within the cosmetic or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP software and inventory management systems.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements for cosmetic production and distribution in Indonesia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
