Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize cost, lead times, and inventory levels.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure consistent product availability.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to align supply with store-level sales requirements.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs, including order fulfillment rates, stock turnover, and logistics costs.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the supply chain process.
- Oversee warehouse management and distribution logistics within the Jakarta region.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement sustainable supply chain practices and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytical software.
- Proven track record in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
