Join GSI CCTV as a Supply Chain Manager and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing and distribution network. This critical role oversees end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless product flow from procurement to delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve delivery timelines, and enhance supply chain resilience in the fast-growing security technology sector. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and a proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations within dynamic manufacturing environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement processes
- Oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution networks
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving measures
- Coordinate logistics and transportation for timely product delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (ERP, WMS)
- Expertise in inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination
- Proven ability to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
- Certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable
