Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional looking to make your mark on a world-class manufacturing project? PT Hormel Pronas Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations at our new, state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility located in the Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB), Central Java.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire flow of materialsāfrom procurement and inventory management to warehousing and distribution. You will drive operational excellence, optimize costs, and ensure the seamless integration of supply chain workflows to support our production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, production planning, and distribution efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste within a high-speed food manufacturing environment.
- Oversee relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to negotiate favorable terms and ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Implement advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and food industry certifications.
- Analyze demand patterns and market trends to effectively manage lead times and seasonal production requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically within the Food & Beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in setting up or managing greenfield operations or large-scale manufacturing facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and modern inventory management methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strategic mindset with a proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization.
