We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to join the leadership team at PT MahaJaya Plastindo. In this critical role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire supply chain lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations from raw material procurement and inventory planning to production coordination and final distribution. You will drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
As a key stakeholder in our manufacturing operations, you will collaborate closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to align supply strategies with business goals. We are looking for a leader who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing logistics processes in a competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including planning, sourcing, and delivery.
- Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure raw materials are available for manufacturing schedules.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems and strategies to improve turnover rates.
- Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and ensure on-time shipments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, carrying costs, and delivery accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Valid driving license and familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations.
