Join JAPFA Food as a Supply Chain Manager (Beef) and lead our end-to-end beef supply chain operations. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks to ensure seamless, cost-effective delivery of premium beef products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, mitigate supply chain risks, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations. Your expertise will drive process improvements, reduce operational costs, and enhance supplier relationships while ensuring product quality from farm to fork.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for beef products, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for beef suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize waste while maintaining optimal stock levels for production
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow
- Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Agribusiness, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with 2+ years in food/beef industry
- Expert knowledge of cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling
- Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analytics tools
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) or food safety management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex supply chain data
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder management
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs
