We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations in Jawa Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to support the company's aggressive growth targets.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
- Optimize warehouse operations and inventory management to reduce carrying costs and improve turnover rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and production alignment.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives across the supply chain through process optimization and strategic sourcing.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, fill rates, and logistics costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations regarding transportation, safety, and trade.
- Drive the adoption of supply chain technologies and ERP enhancements to improve data visibility and operational agility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs/MBA preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong background in the manufacturing or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the logistics landscape in Jawa Timur and broader Indonesia.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a significant plus.
