As a Supply Chain Officer, you will play a critical role in balancing demand and supply, minimizing carrying costs, and ensuring that our production schedules are met without disruption. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and monitor comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory availability.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to optimize lead times.
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and efficient space utilization.
- Generate periodic reports on inventory turnover, production efficiency, and material shortages for management review.
- Optimize material requirements planning (MRP) processes to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory accumulation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in PPIC, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations within a manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain concepts, demand planning, and warehouse management best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between different internal departments.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
